Who we are
In the zawya neighborhood we invite artists and authors to spend a cultural and creative exchange period together with our youth and staff. You will be housed in our spaces and experience close contact with local artisans and people. Bring your vision and creativity and share it with young talent in the neighborhood. Our history
Born in 2018 from the proposal of the ONG Afrika, the project is officially operational since 2021 with the creation of the Afrika-Maroc non-profit association based in the Zawya neighborhood. The idea was to help the young people of the neighborhood to discover their talents and their ambitions and to put them into practice by learning a trade, creating professional work opportunities for the benefit of the local community.
